(Meminta dan Memberikan Perhatian)

Asking and Giving Attention adalah meminta perhatian seseorang untuk diperhatikan seperti halnya ketika kita menunjukan ekspresi ingin diperhatikan oleh lawan bicara. materi berikut ini akan membahas mengenai bagaimana meminta perhatian kepada seseorang dan respon memberikan perhatian. 

 

Activity 1

Read the dialog below :

Mr Campbell   :  Attention, please. (Tolong, perhatiannya)

Students         :  Yes, sir. (iya, pak)

Mr Campbell   :  I’m going to give you the itinerary of  our journey. (Saya akan memberimu jadwal rencana perjalanan kita.

Students         :  Hurray ! ( ekspresi berteriak senang)

Mr Campbell   :  May  I have your attention, please! (Bolehkah saya minta perhatiannya?)

Student           :  Sssshhh! ( ekspresi menyuruh diam)

Mr Campbell   : Thank you. Here is the itinerary. One of each of you. ( Terima kasih. Berikut adalah jadwal satu dari kamu masing-masing).

Student         : Thank you, sir. (Terima kasih, pak)

Responding = Respon/balasan dari seseorang yang dimintai perhatian
